| stopped off at blackpool on the off chance and had a great time we would definetly recomend the sherwood steve and lynn are lovely people its clean and warm and friendly felt so at home,and a great breakfast. thankyou so much for a lovely time xxx sam& brian |

| Sherwood is more than just a hotel. A delightful trip to take for maybe just a day or for a holiday break. Every time I have been all the staff and owners are extreamly caring and a pleasure to know. From the cleanliness, right down to the food everything is perfect and could never be faulted. This hotel is great for kids, as it has a snooker table and a television equipped with sky. The situation of the hotel is just right for everything, as its only approximately a 10-20 minute walk from everywhere. Shops and restaurants are situated near for those who like to go out for Lunch. Overall this hotel is a delightful trip to take and a money well spent experience. |

| Thanks for a good weekend at your hotel, the room was clean and comfy a lot better than some we have stayed in, the owner (steve)is a good laugh and he makes a breakfast to be proud of, thanks again steve,we will be staying again soon i am sure...... |

| we originally booked to stay next door at the new central but when the group of us turned up, the rooms were unsuitable and the ceiling was leaking so we refused to stay there ..we was referred to the sherwood next door ...there was a party of ten of us he managed to squeeze us in and saved the day in a clean friendly atmosphere and was a true gent many thanx for saving my hen weekend from disaster well recommended x |

| this was our third time to stay at the sherwood have stayed at several hotels in blackpoool in the past but after the warm welcome we receive off steve and lynn would always go back, rooms are clean and beer is always available and breakfast was great x see you again soon x |

| Our 2nd visit to this wonderful hotel, A warming welcome. Great facility & ideal location for town centre and local attractions. Beer on tap available and Lyn knocks up a cracking full english breakfast. It is just a shame Coventry always get beat when we stay! Thank you both and see you soon. |

| known steve and lyn since they started in the sherwood as a ex coach driver have taken thousand of passenges to blakpool most staying at the sherwood never had acomplaint steve and lyn so easy going nothing is to much trouble steve next time i come up we will go out for a drink promise to get you home earlier this time |

| this is the second time we have stopped with you and certainly wont be the last nothing was too much trouble even down to allowing me to leave my car on forecourt whilst we said goodbye to friends breakfast was superb staff really cheerful and helpful thanks a lot will see you next time we are in blackpool |
